Bidding is now open
on the second bike in Cycle World and
BikeBandit.com’s Project Re-Cycle to benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor
Foundation®, home of the Ride for Kids®.
The first Project Re-Cycle bike raised $4,800. This time around, the team started with a 2005 Yamaha FZ6, then extensively
reworked it with parts from the BikeBandit.com catalog.
The modifications include a Dynojet Power Commander III, Akrapovic
Street Legal slip-on exhaust with removable muffler inserts, Flanders "low
cafe" handlebars, CRG Roll-A-Click adjustable levers, Bikemaster DC
folding bar-end mirrors, and much more.
The result is an urban streetfighter, dialed up for serious fun.
Bid onthe Yamaha FZ6 now!
“In the end, our Project Re-Cycle FZ6 emerged from major surgery with an
entirely new attitude,” Cycle World
says. “The winning bidder will not only get a bike that will change their
world, but will be helping us change the world for some very deserving kids.”
The auction is open until Sunday, May 22. Place your bid today!
