Racing great Kevin Schwantz will lead the Ride for Kids® Lap of Champions again this year at the 2011 Red Bull Indianapolis GP.

Schwantz, the 1993 500cc World Champion, will lead a parade lap around the GP track at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway after final qualifying on Saturday, Aug. 27. The event benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® (PBTF).

“Once again we are fortunate to have moto-legend Kevin Schwantz lead us on our lap of the Indianapolis GP track,” said Kyle Clack, PBTF marketing and development director. “This is an amazing chance to share the track with a true American racing champion while raising awareness of the brave fight our own champions are waging against brain tumors.
