Lucas

Lucas was just 3 when his parents were told "your child has cancer." Despite numerous surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy treatments -- and the fact that he can only open one eye -- Lucas' smile rarely fades. The brain tumor has stunted his growth but, at age 8, he thinks it's cool to be the same size as his five-year-old brother. His energy and spirit are boundless and we all remain optimistic about his future.
